On this website, we sometimes collect personal information from you, including your name, contact information and location. We collect your personal information in order to contact you at a later date with the information you have requested or could be interested in.

Besides our staff, we share this information with some third parties — our live chat provider so they can collect your information and pass it to us, and our CRM (Pipedrive) where enquiries are stored. If you’ve opted in to our newsletter, we will also store your name and email address on our email platform.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details, we’ll be unable to contact you.

As well as collecting personal information when you request information from us, we collect some information through marketing platforms like Google Analytics, and we use a Facebook Pixel to help us improve our marketing and website. Your approximate location (from your IP address) is used only to show you your closest Sentinel Homes team.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
