Step two
FreePreliminary Estimate
We meet and explain our ideas and the potential costs. You’ll get a written preliminary estimate to give you a general idea of costs.
Step three
$7-15kDesign & feasibility
We organise a detailed survey of your land, and draw up your house plans. This allows our quantity surveyors to give you a price. This stage incurs non-refundable fees to pay for topographical surveys, geotechnical reports, and architectural concept plans.
You’ll get:
A price- A detailed list of our services and every product to be included in your new home
- Scheme plans including site plan, floor plan and elevations.
- An independent Master Builder's contract
Step four
Council Consents
Once we agree and both sign the contract, we’ll take care of all your consents and applications. You’ll get progress updates and information from your project manager.
Step five
Construction
Your project manager will keep you updated throughout the entire build process, and you’ll be involved with deciding on colours and finishes, with the help of our interior designers.
You’ll get:
- The Keys (Handover Day)
- 12 Months Defects Maintenance Period
- A 10 Year Master Build Guarantee
- A robust, purpose-built family home

Build times vary depending on the complexity of the design and site conditions. On average, a standard build takes between 18 and 24 weeks from the start of construction.

Can I make changes during the build?
Changes can often be accommodated early in the process. Your project manager will guide you on what's possible and any cost or timeline impact.
