Plans, renders, prices and inclusions shown are indicative, may vary by region and site, and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract; your building contract with your local Sentinel Homes franchise sets out the agreed specification and price.

Price guides

Price guides are estimates based on our standard specification in the region shown and exclude land, site works above standard allowances, council and consent fees unless stated. A fixed price is confirmed only in your signed contract.

All plans, drawings, renders, photographs and text on this site are the property of Sentinel Homes or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Saved items and accounts

Saved plans and ideas are stored on your device and, when you create an account, against your account. We may contact you about the items you have saved where you have agreed to marketing communications.
